On the morning of May 26, a delegation of prosecutors from the Jinzhong Municipal People’s Procuratorate and the Yuci District People’s Procuratorate visited Ocean Hydraulic Group to carry out a visit and discussion activity themed “Bringing the Law into Enterprises.” The prosecutors first went into the production workshops, inspecting the equipment production process on site and learning in detail about the company’s technological R&D, production safety, and other aspects. Afterwards, the two sides held a discussion in the meeting room on issues such as legal risks in business operations, intellectual property protection, and labor protection. The prosecutors patiently listened to the company’s demands, provided on-site answers to common legal questions concerning contract signing, labor and employment, and presented legal education materials such as the Civil Code and the Private Economy Promotion Law. A person in charge of the company said that the company would take this activity as an opportunity to further standardize business management and enhance legal awareness.
