On the morning of May 26, a group of prosecutors from the people’s procuratorates of Jinzhong City and Yuci District visited Ocean Hydraulic Group to carry out a “Bringing Law into Enterprises” visit and discussion activity. The prosecutors first went into the production workshops, inspected the equipment production process on site, and gained a detailed understanding of the enterprise’s situation in technology research and development, safety production, and other aspects. Afterwards, the two sides held a discussion in the meeting room on issues such as legal risks in business operations, intellectual property protection, and labor protection. The prosecutors patiently listened to the enterprise’s concerns, provided on-site answers to common legal questions concerning contract signing, labor employment, and other matters, and presented legal popularization materials including the Civil Code and the Private Economy Promotion Law. The head of the company stated that they would take this activity as an opportunity to further standardize business management and enhance legal awareness.
