Electrode lift hydraulic cylinder
The hydraulic cylinders for electrode lifting in the submerged arc furnace adopt the American Vickers double-ball-seat structure, ensuring no dead points during electrode movement, uniform force distribution, and smoother operation.
The lifting cylinder and piston rod are equipped with flame-retardant protective sleeves, which provide dustproof, impact-resistant, and flame-retardant functions during the piston rod’s operation.
Both the upper and lower spherical seats of the lifting cylinder are fitted with insulating pads, which partially isolate electrical current and effectively prevent short circuits or leakage incidents from occurring.
